You may wonder exactly what hypnosis is and how you become hypnotised?

Here is a very simplified explanation. You actually do all the work as all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, I just facilitate your journey. I talk you through a few steps to relax you and bypass what is called the “Critical Facility” which is the part of the conscious mind that filters out all the millions of pieces of information you receive each day. This way we can talk to your unconscious mind and make positive suggestions to make the changes in your life that you wish for. You will feel very comfortable, safe and relaxed. No one can make you do anything that you don’t want to do, you are always in control and in fact you can’t even slip into hypnosis unless you allow it to happen. You can hear everything that is being said and fully understand everything. You are in control.

IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy)

This amazing therapy works on memories surrounding particular negative and unwanted emotions. It is a content free way of working, so you do not necessarily have to explain, or go over and over your problem. It was developed by Andy T Austin who discovered that particular eye movements, when facilitated by the therapist, caused memories and emotions to change from negative to positive.  It also works on the Identity issues of the client and on any troublesome others around them who are causing distress or conflict.

It is particularly effective with anxiety related issues, PTSD, negative memories, unwanted emotions, low mood, low self esteem.  Read more on IEMT here.


You’ve heard the saying having everything ‘mapped out’ in our heads?

We have an internal map for everything! Every issue, problem, way of working. Sometimes our maps are sending us in the wrong direction, causing confusion, being stuck in a negative state of mind, living in the past, being uncertain about the future.
Mindscaping is a way of creating an alternative, more effective way to move around our own internal map and create another way through and out of a problem.  although Mindscaping is a type of hypnosis there is no need to be in a particularly relaxed state and can be done via video link in the comfort of your own home.

Faster EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

Faster EFT or tapping as it is also known is a tool that can help many life situations. There are points in the body called meridian points and they are the areas we tap during EFT. The Meridian System comes from traditional Chinese medicine and is a channel network that runs through the body carries energies and emotions.

This is such a remarkable technique I can teach you, or your child. Time and time again my clients have been amazed at how this technique can work so quickly for them, and it’s so simple!

There are many versions of EFT, but I will teach you a faster version using only 6 tapping points.
