You’ve heard the saying having everything ‘mapped out’ in our heads?
We have an internal map for everything! Every issue, problem, way of working. Sometimes our maps are sending us in the wrong direction, causing confusion, being stuck in a negative state of mind, living in the past, being uncertain about the future.
Mindscaping is a way of creating an alternative, more effective way to move around our own internal map and create another way through and out of a problem.
Mindscaping had its beginnings in aspects of Time Line Therapy ™, hypnosis, Dr. Max Pulver’s graphical zones, NLP submodality shifts and The Cube system of personality typing.
I am proud to say that I have completed the Mindscaping training by Mike Mandel, the inventor, and am excited to be able to bring this to you as an added therapy, either on it’s own or alongside hypnosis. It can be done in person or, if you do not live near me, via Skype or Messenger video link from the comfort of your own home.
I have ‘Mindscaped’ many people, both in the UK and USA, Hawaii, India and Canada, with fantastic results.
What’s more – Mindscaping is actually FUN! You don’t even need to tell me what the issue is!
It is an excellent therapy to do with children as it helps with their issue whilst allowing them to run wild with their own imagination. Because it’s so much fun they do not realise their own mind is actually guiding them to the solution of their problem.

Standalone – £60 per session. It is difficult to state a session time with Mindscaping as it can last from around 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on what your own mind delivers during the session.
